Heather Simmons has joined Zotos International as vice president of marketing, creative and communications for core brands. Her main focus will be on expanding the firm’s core hair care brands as well as identifying and implementing new initiatives that will support category development and expansion into new markets. Most recently, Simmons was vice president of global marketing with Ralph Lauren Fragrances, a division of L’Oréal.
